I'm new member of CPM, not sure where to post this topic, so posting here.
My experience as a new member are not welcoming.
My initial feedback on CPM
1. There is no difference in availability of resources for member and non-member
2. Tried contact the designated number on Contact us page, it goes to voice mail and I never received any call back
3. Go to this page http://www.pmi-cpm.org/pages/about/1.71.become_a_member.html and click on Join CPM now, yes you are right, link doesn't work.
What I expect as new member
1. Welcoming email and details of my membership
2. Contact person incase of any queries
3. Information about current events and webinars and networking with other members.
I tried to find the information on website and I couldn't. Contact PMI customer care and their response is
“We are not having information on how they operate and what are the benefits of the college, they operate independently and we have no clue"
I don’t understand why we pay membership at pmi.org when they have no clue ;-)
I welcome any suggestions and advice.
