Speaker Requirements:
* All materials must be in the format as described in the Speaker Requirements available at the PMI-CPM web site. (See Speaker Requirements for reduced speaker registration.)
* Submit your abstract [using a file name that includes the name of the author(s) so that the file will be easily identifiable] with a biography for the following sessions at http://www.pmi-cpm.org/submit/document.asp.
Practice Symposia: Lessons learned and best practices on the implementation of earned value management, updates on recent developments, and integrating project performance management with other management techniques.
Workshops: A forum to introduce and develop new and emerging practices and techniques to improve program management using project performance management. Objectives are to identify potential solutions. Workshops are not intended to provide training or instruction on project performance management.
