National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), Project Management Institute-College of Performance Management (PMI-CPM), and Society of Cost Estimating and Analysis (SCEA) are hosting the 21st Annual Integrated Program Management Conference, November 2nd – 4th, 2009, in Alexandria, VA. NDIA, PMI-CPM, and SCEA invite your firm to participate as an exhibitor and/or sponsor at this conference.
The IPM Conference provides you a great opportunity to present your products and services to managers in government and industry – the people most influential in selecting project management and performance measurement software, hardware, technical services and support for their organizations! This will be the IPM Conference’s fourth and final year at The Hilton Alexandria Mark Center. Located in historic Alexandria, VA, this Hilton Hotel is within sight of the nation's capitol and just minutes from the central business district of Washington, DC. Hotel guests are offered shuttle service to the quaint waterfront galleries, shops, and restaurants in Old Town Alexandria, VA. Morning and evening shuttles to the Pentagon City Metro station and Reagan National Airport are also provided.
The 2009 IPM Conference Exhibit Area will be located in the hotel’s Plaza Ballroom Foyer. The official service contractor for this event is Shepard Exposition Services. Shepard will set-up the Exhibit area on Sunday, November 1st from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Exhibitor move-in time is 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday, November 1st. Exhibitor move-out time is 12:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Wednesday, November 4th. Exhibitor service kits will be sent out by Shepard 60 days prior to the conference. Each exhibit contains an 8′ x 10′ foot booth and two full conference registrations for the contract price of $1,900. Each booth will contain a back drape and side rails, a six foot draped table, two chairs and a waste basket, and one electrical outlet. Additional decorations may be procured through Shepard using their service kit.

Exhibit Booth assignments and Tools Track reservations are made on a first come, first serve basis, so return your contract early to reserve your space. Twelve (12) Tools Track slots are available for a $500 Sponsorship Fee and exhibitors will be given first preference.
